I went to the store after lunch to get myself a snack.

Silly me was planning to go to a healthy food restaurant but after seeing a Pakistani place I visited a while ago, I decided to ditch the “healthy” option for Pakistani food, which by the way wasn’t that great. I asked the waiter to recommend a dish. It was meh…

Calorie Count, a Savings Account | Tales of an Excessive Spender

If you have had Pakistani food, you will know you would want a soft drink. I was opting for the soda water… and of course, chocolate, because, yes, I am addicted. I got the galaxy flutes though, a bar of chocolate with not so much calories.

When I went to pick up the soda water, I found ginger ale as well. I remembered that it tasted so good, then I had a look at the calorie count. I thought twice, and then again another time, but ended up buying the soda water. Well, it does have zero calories.

Isn’t this exact same thought process happens to you when you are sensible with money? I bought the expensive lunch so I might as well have dinner at home?

I went out on Tuesday so I might just stick to Netflix on Wednesday. Not to say that I can go out now much after work. Work is taking a toll on me. #Sigh

Back to our story.

I feel like saving money now rings a bell just like losing weight. Are we going to start the diet tomorrow? Or start now?
